I wonder what the big chef union leaders on over a hundred grand would do if their job was on the line,if people are losing their jobs over this that's just not right.

It's putting one side of the argument from the actual people inviolved in the dispute. Or would you rather not hear / read their perspective.

If you think its just about opening and closing doors , which it's not, then you've shown a great deal of ignorance about the situation; but that's not your fault if that's all you've heard or been told.

Yes, it's a bloody joke that people can't get to work. It's a shame that some employers don't show a little bit of understanding in what are exceptional circumstances. I think they're c***s for sacking people because they can't get to work through no fault of their own. Perhaps if people organised themselves in such a way in the workplace so as not to have their employer take the pish ...Oh hang on that would be a union and they're mired in the 70's and bringing the country to it's knees.
