MIDWEEK TUESDAY 26 FEB

I've had a brief look at the coupon [Link] for Tuesday and firstly there's a lot of what you'd call 'bankers' in League 1 & League 2. Even if they've had 'upsets' recently, they do find their feet again and almost all of them are at home.

There's something else worth taking notice of in The Championship.

There's 3 Champ games and the away side are very long in all 3. How many times do you see midweek and away upsets in our league in midweek? Quite a bit. Will they all be home wins? Is it worth a punt on all 3 as singles? Anyway, here they are:

Burnley 8/11 Huddersfield 4/1 (nearly)
Leicester 8/11 Blackburn 4/1
Bolton 8/11 Pboro 3/1

(slight contradiction in the away upset and the 'home bankers' in Leagues 1 & 2 but that's playing with the odds)

do a trixie or handicap treble, the one I said yesterday came in but I didn't back it, I put everything on Northampton (cheers btw)

think blackburn are a cracking price.

anywho. today, gone with FG's instead!

Cisse (9/2) and Silva (8/1) double FG's (greedy)

Michu first goal 7/2 single

Selecting all 3 Champ away sides to win (all 3 unlikely), it's:

Double = 24/1
Treble = 123/1
Trixie = 45/1 (3 doubles & 1 treble)

Selecting all 3 Champ away sides on +1 Handicap (is that the same as win or draw????), the odds are:

Double = 3/1
Treble = 15/2
Trixie = 4/1 & a bit (3 doubles & 1 treble)

Got my tenner back from my goals galore from PP, apparently from a money back special I didn't even know was on.

Yeah, back all 3 on the handicap +1 so they can either win or draw and you've won. I'd just do a straight treble. Or back all 3 to win in a trixie so 1 can let you down.

I think the City Chelsea match is one to avoid personally, the only thing i'd look at is BTTS.

I've reinvested some of yesterday's pile on:

Swansea to win on handicap -1 (11/10 - I think that's a stonking price)

and

Newcastle / Saints - BTTS

The double pays about 5/2

I'm with you. Southampton scoring inside 3 minutes away from home and Swansea scoring after 15mins should see this one safe. Only a red card or Bradford being extremely clinical with any attempts they have will upset this one.

The draw inside 90 mins is currently around 4/1 & Bradford 6/1.

Swansea -1 should be easy now. Bradford don't look like they will do much and Swansea will get a third at least.

Obviously those draw & Bradford odds after 1-0 down weren't in-play but pre-match. Sky weren't showing in-play odds on scorecentre and I couldn't be bothered to look it up. Once Swansea score early it should go only one way.

I prefer BBC but they're so slow on goals and match updates it's not worth bothering with these days. You just don't know when they'll be reliable or not.

Coming up to HT, the draw is over 30/1 and Bradford are 100/1.

one of my bets today

Swansea
Raja Casablanca - WON
FC Locarno v Fc Wil 1900 - Postponed

Will this just turn into a double now?
