We keep them flying, they couldn’t sustain the war otherwise. Edited by Mapletree (09 Feb 2021 11.26pm)

Where I do agree with you though is that 'it's going to happen anyway ( so might as well be us)' doesn't sit well. I'd rather my country didn't have a hand in such misery, so would certainly back any move to stop arming the Saudis. I can't see that happening though really. Money talks. Edited by BlueJay (09 Feb 2021 9.11pm) Do you have any idea how long it takes to procure top spec military equipment? I could tell you but I’d have to shoot you. Suffice to say it is many years. The Saudis wouldn’t buy anything but top spec.

All the more stark after a well crafted and erudite opening by the Dems, slaughtering Trump handily for whipping that gaggle of halfwits into a frenzy and depositing them upon the Capitol Building. Its all meaningless, Trump still holds sway over the cowardly ranks of the GOP. In a real court, given no proper lawyers will now work with Trump, where jurors are actually not a bunch of partisan weasels, we might see Donald convicted yet.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

Edited by Mapletree (09 Feb 2021 11.26pm) It's just pure folly to suggest this, I showed you their large range of aircraft. To suggest that without Typhoons they couldn't sustain the war is pure mistaken hubris. Even without Typhoons a country with their wealth could buy in whatever they wished or they could simply extend their other wide range of aircraft. However, the damage to our middle eastern Arab trade would be significant and long lasting. As someone who once earnt money within unethical middle eastern regimes you should know that. Then again, having read your posts for years now I think I have a reasonable gauge on where your loyalties lie. Let's just say, you're no James Bond.

No, but I did restructure two military procurement organisations. You shout loud but have no content. It takes a lot to keep military aircraft in the air. And you can’t simply switch mid campaign.

Even if people choose to believe your multiple claims on here (how are those 16 hour shifts going?) the idea that without Typhoons they can't continue their war is rubbish. Once again this also completely ignores the damaging social-economic complications that would result from such a move....we aren't a trading block. Then again, the left hardly give a damn about managing economies....as your mate Biden is clearly showing. Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Feb 2021 8.44am)

Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Feb 2021 8.44am) I don't want to get into the middle of this but an Asian friend has an uncle (back home) who makes knock off spare parts for aircraft. Apparently it is a thriving industry in some parts of the world.
