Do you think that footballers could be trusted to make their own way to an away game and arrive on time

Great, I think he's probably staying but didn't reject a new contract for altruistic reasons. He certainly would want champions league football so he'll be off at some point in less than the length of his current contract. Signing a new one makes it more difficult to move when he really and truly pushes for it..

The upshot of the cl requirement is that there are only really 10 or so clubs that would sign him. He's definitely not off to poxy Everton, Richarlisson signed or not.

My gut says both Wilf and Van Aanholt will have one more season with us.

If both kick on from last season then crikey who knows how much they’d be worth...

Wilf has rejected a new, improved offer.

Of equal concern,is there any update as regards Roy signing his new deal??

Jacey, serious question, why do you keep posting negative stuff about Wilf on this board. It is almost like you want him to go. Your not a Spurs fan are you?

He can't be; Spurs fans don't want him.

This situation with Wilf will run and run. Spurs cannot afford him at £70m,only club likely to pay that is Chelsea, fingers crossed that doesn't happen. Situation with Roy's contract has deja vu all over it. Cannot afford to lose him at start of new season, we got out of jail last season,it won't happen again. Just hope we can get a couple of transfers over the line. A lot of uncertainty at the moment, typical Palace!

A red bus or 3 and then several green line buses may take some time!
