Both main parties appear to have access to more money than God at the moment.....promising this, promising that.

I'm waiting for someone to tell us we can all be millionaires.

How many 'marxist' entries today?

About 90%.

How many have ever read Marx?

Nobody, quite.

They wouldn't get past the first page.

But don't forget his films.

He and his brothers were good in 'Duck Soup'.

They can spend as much as they want, it won't create any inflation, however, if everyone is a millionaire, then milk will cost £10k a pint.

Venezuelan milk.

That's right, although there are quite a few obvious fundamental factors on why Venezuela is in it's current mess. However, socialism is easier to digest than any f those.

Apparently, Labour doorsteppers are telling people that they will stop Brexit or honour it depending on what you voted for in the referendum.

Utter Muppets.

The last thing we need is another referendum. The last Parliament was a disgrace and should go down in history for its utter failure to do as instructed.

Capitalism has an ability to create an enormous amount of wealth and innovation, this is true, but what we have, which the USSR/Russia or China did or do not have, are democratic elections.

The not realised side effect of capitalism is socialism though. Look at the NHS, pensions, minimum wages, bank bailouts, welfare. Isn't all that evidence of some socialism?

If you would prefer to not have any of that, then, I think you would be in the minority, but, if you want an NHS and a pension when you retire, then you will need to contribute.

I would prefer to pay for that myself.

It has been a shameful episode.

Fair enough. I believe you are in the minority, but that's the beauty of democracy, you can vote for the party that wants to abolish socialised programs like the NHS or pensions.
