Listen to and back Islamic reformers in the UK and worldwide.....You know...actually take action.

Ban religious schools. Closely monitor mosques and close down problematic ones. Any new immans have to sign up to a Islam that broadly follows a liberal Islam in the vein of Islam reformers.

Strip nationality of and deport to a negotiated country those Muslims who are members of anti western groups in the UK.

Ignore people like you who think the problem is one percent and only related to Wahhabism.

Religious schools? Can't stand them. But you would have to have a law banning all them outright. Jewish, Christian, Muslim, etc. Big call. Hope it happens.

Anti-western groups? So you are saying I could be a member of an Anarchist group but Jabril born and bred in Wimbledon can't due to fear of deportation? And that means Putin would have to be frogmarched straight back onto his Aeroflot flight at Heathrow if paying a visit.

Maybe 'anti-western extremist religious groups' would be better as that would target the most dangerous.

I would ban all religious schools but it's only Islamic ones that I'm particularly concerned about. Reformist Islamic schools wouldn't bother me....But I'd still prefer no religious schools.

What constitutes 'anti western' I would leave for the security services to worry about. Obviously it's related to religion....I'm not banning the communist party here...they pretty much put themselves out of business on their own.

I support action....as far as I can tell you have nothing to offer but 'live with it'.

Anyone remember the 70's, 80's and 90's when no-one really mentioned the word 'muslim' because...WE WEREN'T BOTHERED'? I've just found out that there were muslims around then too and living amongst on. Unbelievable.

And, Stirling, Wahhabism in the problem. Check out the terrorist attacks on western soil since 2001. See if you can find any that aren't directly linked to it. There must have been at least 20-25 attacks. Shouldn't be too hard given your viewpoint, should it?

What action? I'm pretty sure that all of us want the cancer that is terrorism removed and I'm in no way being an apologist for terrorists. But I will defend people like the lovely lady who teaches my daughter ICT or the Muslim people who I've had as fantastic T/A's in my classroom against being demonised through what is becomingan ever grwing national vernacular.
It wasn't so long ago that all single mothers were the scapegoat de jour. Is finding a group to unfairly scapegoat one of the British values I keep hearing about?

I think we as a nation have a lot more to worry about that affects our lives more than the actions of a few t***s.
