It's true...I can't deny it.

In fact I've made a resolution never to watch another BBC programme until they start each of them with the following music video.

Listening to Radio 5 this morning and the Sports News lead with the fact that Arsene Wenger might come back to football soon but not as a Manager.

Was there really so little going on in the world of sports that the lead story was a nothing story about an ex football manager that most of us had forgotten about

"Up there" don't you mean, Stirling? 5Live is a division of BBC North and is based in Salford. Which is yet more northernist political correctness if you ask me.

Having lived all over England I think that Northerners are far less politically correct than the pseudo intellectual Corbynite Londoners.

When I say 'down there' I'm painting a picture with sulfur.

Please stick to the topic of BBC errors and leave your bowel functions out of the debate. TY

Indeed, that's why I said northernist and not northern.

That's why the sports page is dominated by female lead stories, not a lot of men's sports around the last couple of days. Don't worry it will change next week.

The whole 'equal pay' argument is insane.

But a demographic will always push for the most they will get.....and we know that a large proportion of the media will support them.....because it gets those angry female clicks.

Poor argument from Fran but the usual one from minority sports.

When it comes to money professional sport is the same as entertainment it has nothing to do with ability and is all about bums on seats.

There are plenty of lousy groups such as the Spice Girls who can't sing, play or write music. They do however earn shed loads of money because the public want to see them (god knows why).

Women should be paid the market rate which means what the public are prepared to pay. If they win the world cup it will certainly raise their profile but eventually it still comes back to are the public that bothered.
