Back to TR. Did you watch the video of him with Mo Rammy. Basically was closed down and had a report that could have helped exonerate Mo earlier and before his kids and businesses were ruined. Did more investigating than the plod on the girls past.

Why was he getting involved? This had nothing whatsoever to do with him and, with his reputation preceding him, his presence alone was enough to stir things up. You don't travel 100s miles to exonerate people with the history he has. Producing a later video trying to whitewash the motivation for doing it is just another example of him attention seeking.

If he was genuinely a public-spirited person with nothing but an intention to serve others he would have gathered information, quietly given it to the Police, and disappeared again. That though isn't what motivates him at all. He is only motivated by his ego.

Only those who don't truly believe in British Parliamentary Democracy and how it is supposed to work, think that, so your reaction is no surprise at all.

I want our representatives to vote using only their consciences as their guide. Not looking over their shoulder at the Daily Mail, or at the boot of their whips aimed at their backside.

Yawn.

Get over it man.

The only problem with Brexit is people like you refusing to embrace it.
You would rather continue to fight a battle you have already lost rather than work to make Britain a better place.

I'd forgotten all about that - thanks.

We have been asked, quite reasonably, to take these comments elsewhere, but I cannot allow that to stand, especially as Yaxley-Lennon can be viewed as evidence of why it's wrong, seeing as he is doing his best to make Britain a worse place.

You don't embrace an ugly pig, although comparing Brexit to an ugly pig isn't being fair to the pig, who can't help being either a pig or ugly.

You hold your nose and do the best you can. That involves both living with the consequences and working hard to reverse it.

The Brexit battle is indeed lost, and I am over that, but the battle of ideas is far from over. In many ways Brexit was just the wake-up call. A charge by the out of date whilst the next generation were immobilised. The future of our country doesn't depend on the likes of you, but on the young and they, collectively, see us, modern Britain, at the centre of Europe and not as the shadow of a long departed imperial power.

You cannot allow these comments to stand?

Pomposity of the highest order indeed.

It's fair enough you keep posting when you are a major figure of fun but when you post this kind of hubris....

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

So no then, you have avoided it like the plague because you might have to admit he’s not all bad.

Brexit is done and dusted, the problem is implementation has been an absolute s*** show by the Government pandering to the far right. it could have worked but the morons in charge really have no idea about the pragmatic implementation.

Hence, why they moved their own wealth to the EU.

Maybe the anti-Brexit brigade putting obstacles in the way of practically everything has hindered the implementation

Obviously you decided mine couldn't stand unanswered either!

We all have a right to express an opinion, but when we have been asked to avoid diversion an explanation seems in order. Which I gave, but you didn't.

Now back to the subject of the thread!
