You are right on most things- Pecking order, 'blackmailing' of clubs, earlier and longer contracts to younger players to ensure a good return if they leave.
However, a slight correction on clubs just turning up at your training ground. They can only come to matches and they have to give prior notice (not that that makes a lot of difference).

I can see how the clubs in the lower pecking order would feel although to be honest there has been a lot of big club buy small club players for years. And i was saying wba went up, grabbed the money came down, invested the money wisely so that when they went up again they had a good side that didnt need millions of pounds throwing at it and were not paying ridiculous wages and racking up serious debt like qpr, wolves etc.I like the way cpfc2010 are building slowly, running the club properly etc. I am not a prem fan, and whilst promotion gives up financial security,i much prefer to watch championship footie which is still affordable for most and not mix with deluded fans of prem clubs who think its the only place to be.
