or keep him and risk losing any player with a decent re sale values and then have to replace all of them.

In my opinion Roy will be sacked soon.

I don't think we'll sack him. Rather, we will give him the opportunity to leave with dignity. He's done a decent job but we need different ideas. Direct football would suit us better, as we obviously can't pass. However, we also can't run so that's an issue too. Not sure why we wear lead boots whilst the other teams have moved onto predators.

I will be very surprised if this occurs.
His sole objective is to keep us in the PL and he has done so for three seasons with hardly any money to spend.

He has been offered and accepted an extension to his contract and he is seen as the person to once again preserve our place in the PL given what he has achieved in the circumstances.

But we have never performed like we have today. Luka pushing Grealish like a 12 year old. Benteke sent off after the game. He has lost the dressing room and that will make the club act.

It's a leap into the unknown but I lean more and more towards yes. We'll stay up, but another season like this won't do us any favours.

I don't have any evidence that he has "Lost the dressing room".

It was a dire, pathetic performance but perhaps what should be factored in is that with the frequency of games, this has caught up with our ageing squad.Privately I raised my concerns about this before the season re-started.

We are in dire need of a revamp of this ageing squad. I was in the keep RH camp but I am beginning to believe we need change or this will only get worse. I think RH has done a wonderful job but it's time to look forward to the longer-term future. We need IMO a younger manager with ideas of how to progress as with Wolves and Sheff Utd as examples. Thanks Roy but it could be time now.

Wolves, who have spent nigh on £165 Mill since they were promoted back to the PL and Sheff Utd who have spent just over £60 Mill this season.

In my opinion, when players behave like they do today is because they have lost respect and are seriously frustrated.

Same old story yet again from Roy same team with no desire,so I don't know what game he was watching, try something different Roy stop picking your favourite players if they are well off form,i keep bleating about giving youngsters a chance no worse than what the current players are doing

I’ve got a bit of a hot water issue - in that it isn’t working. So I’ve decided to follow Roy’s tried and tested approach and adapt it.

1. Hit with hammer.
2. Decide hammer isn’t working.
3. Replace hammer with spare hammer.
4. Hit with hammer.
5. Second hammer doesn’t work: will Look at again tomorrow.
6. Complain the wife hasn’t given me enough money for the right tools for the job.
7. Wife gives me £50.
8. Study tools needed.
9. Decide to buy a hammer.
10. Decide new hammer won’t work, so employ use of old hammer.

The Hodgson fans said once we were safe he would take the handbrake off and allow more free flowing foootball.
He himself said before the resumption he would have a look at the younger players in these games.
None of this has happened.
Instead we get the same old turgid style against the likes of Burnley and Villa with the same out of form 3 defensive midfield players.
Apparently in 35 games this season we have scored the princely sum of 10 goals in the first halves.
Let that sink in ...10 goals.
Yes, I know the game lasts 90 + minutes but I’d does show a statement of intent.
He won’t be sacked, but I won’t object if he resigns.

I don’t think Roy has ever managed to reach step 2.

Brutal but all too true.
There is one extra step...say:
6A. Borrow hammer from neighbour then lend it to another neighbour without using it.

Success will lie to you but failure always tells you the truth.
