This post has been merged from a topic called 'Global Protest Saturday' by bexleydave The silent protest is best. If you don't like it, don't go, simples. If enough people did that they would observe the message from the empty seats but you just know that aint going to happen. Worked at Arsenal !

True, but I doubt we’re the worst team or in the 3 worst teams. It’s going to be very painful at times though I expect. I’m not enjoying this at all. It is necessary to an extent, but no RB is unforgivable tbh. That should have happened. Still hoping a striker comes in on loan. Rudi i thought better of you defence is a understanding across the back not a RB only was Rix and Winterburn the worlds best

It is clear that they want out and won't sanction money for the new stadium or new players, hence, the mixture of frees & loans. The lack of negotiation on Luca's new contract is a worry as is the disappearance of the upfront payment of £45 Mill from Man Utd. Surely some of that money could have gone to strengthening both full back positions even if just for cover. It would not surprise me if the cash hasn't been siphoned off to spend on one of their US teams.

We have an okay chance at survival this season. I think it's next season we'll be relegated. We'll lose Luka on a free, Wilf will go for a cut price, we'll still be laboured with players like Wickham picking up 60k a week, and we'll be incapable or unwilling to recruit properly.

How is it the Americans fault they came into the club with no intention on funding transfers it was investment and they put money in a pot for the stadium etc only. They then used their money to help with transfers which is the so called loan. What has SP put into the club money wise nothing he takes a salary then his cut being an owner and all his little sub companies he has as well are getting pay packets from the club he is milking it. The real question should be not what happened to the money from United but what about the so called ring fenced money which was suppose to be way over 50m which was from those Americans you are trying to blame for nothing happening with stadium. Heres some advice for you as some one who did run a business then sold it on for a nice profit SP and others go on about balancing books well you don't do that in business you always have creditors next you always work out projections and plan ahead I have seen none of this from Palace. Weren't the American investors brought in to finance the new stand? As I recall, according to the original plans, construction was supposed to start in May. What happened to that? These billionaires bought shares in CPFC for one reason : THEY WANT MORE MONEY.

Simple thing is now parish is out of his depth and the club for the sake of going forward should be bought over by a better businessman that is willing to invest. Parish out!! And take dougie with you. Matteo new head of scouting!!
