One may gloss over it as a mere prank but it was serious enough for a major security investigation to be underway last night into how the nitwit got so close to the PM and why it took 2 minutes for him to be bundled him out of the hall before he was arrested. Or... In fact it wasn't that serious because the guy probably came in using a legitimate Press pass. But it's in the interests of the Party to make out that Mother Theresa was 'very brave' to stand up to such a potential terrorist. After all, he was armed with a very sharp looking piece of paper. He had been thoroughly searched on the way in so not likely to have been carrying anything worse. Would I be correct in thinking that despite being arrested Simon (or Lee) was found to have done nothing illegal? In fact his brief arrest was 'in order to prevent a breach of the peace' which I take to mean stopping him from getting beaten up.

It's amusing to see such a meltdown over a comedic interruption. No doubt people were as up in arms with their 'c***' this and punch him that when he pulled something similar with Sepp Blatter? Oh wait, no they weren't. Less pant wetting emotional responses, more common sense. You do touch on a valid point, Willo. It is ridiculous that he managed to worm his way in there in the first place. Really though they should be very pleased it was a 'comedian', and not some nutjob instead. He did them a favour in breezing past their security measures. Hopefully it won't happen again.

The Conservative Party are not headlining this at all.Coverage in the media is drawing attention to the nitwit. At the end of the day the incident is serious enough to warrant a security investigation and such an invesigation would have been invoked even if Corbyn was subjected to similar behaviour. If indeed Corbyn had been interrupted in similar fashion all the lefties on here would have taken a different stance, blaming the Tories for setting it up !

You better get onto the old bill and get the middle aged ladies choir done for inciting the beheading of a t***. Dear oh dear. Is that the best ammunition against Labour you have? Desperate really innit?

I did feel sorry for Treez, for about 5 seconds, and then I remembered all of the cundish things her and her party have done. Let's face it, the speech was a fiasco from the moment the yoot music blared out till when the final letter fell. What is very good though, is that the 'useless and ineffective' Corbyn appears to have caused Treez to nick Labour policies.

One would hope that you are not comparing Blatter and a PM with the security aspects involved concerning the head of a Government. Just about to go out and meet with some of my Tory chums !
