This is desperate park football defending.
Currently I have no idea why City are not further ahead.
Looking dispassionately though - three players in tonight who haven't played very much at all and no Zaha - unlikely to be a positive outcome.
Keep the numbers down and move on

Just a question why have we only got 7 subs instead of the 9 allowed?

Roy has forfeited the game. We will make very little effort to get back into it. Damage limitation only.

How many teams outside the top 6 go all out attack against City and come away with a win?

We're as mobile as a table football team.

Eze is young and tonight it shows. Tricks and flicks won't work against these guys.
Simple solid stuff required.
I am not having a pop just saying it as I see it

Nobody is asking to go all out attack against city.

If you've watched other teams play city this season, nobody goes 2 banks of 4 and defends flat out for 90 minutes. This is dire football and we arent even trying to play.

Even our clearances aren't leading to counter attacks - which is prob our best chance to score. We literally boot it back up to their defence and let them come back again.

And you can put as much spin on that as you like.

As soon as Wilf was not playing it was game over. Stats do not lie.

Listening to this on BBC radio and the Mancunians are very biased. Decent half for us and I can't see the 3-0 that Lawro forecast but early days. Keep pushing keep attacking there is a chance for us.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).
