If we defend like yesterday then another heavy defeat.

With other sides pulling off good results, like Arsenal,Leeds, Fulham and now Brighton currently winning away at W.Ham,we desperately need at least a point if we are not there be sucked into the relegation battle.

I doubt Hodgson will be relieved of his duties should we lose by this scoreline to Leicester.

It will be a run of bad results with this being the latest. And the board will probably be looking at the manner of the defeats rather than the score lines.

Vardy will be 34 in a few weeks. He seems as fit as ever. Maybe there's hope for our crew yet. Not tomorrow though.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

Villa should have had 5, Leicester is even better. We are adrift, and the team has quit on Roy.

0-5, Leicester. They score early and often. Vardy with a hat trick.

After that, massive pressure on us for the Sheffield match, which of course we will also find a way to lose.

This will lead to the first serious media rumblings of the club sacking Roy. If/when it happens, I'm not sure.

It may also result in us spending more in the January window than we had originally hoped. I'm sure the plan was to spend nothing and tread water to safety. That looks unlikely now.

2017 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Middlesboro
2018 Jan. (Sako) Palace 1 - 0 Burnley
2019 May (Batshuayi, Batshuayi, OG, Van Aanholt, Townsend) Palace 5 - 3 Bournemouth
2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle

we've been found out the last two, we'll lose both our next games I fear - we need to recruit in January - simples. The anti-Roy clamour and the pressure will intensify, but we shouldn't panic or demand Roy goes straight away - we looked really good at West Ham a couple of games ago and Harry Redknapp post match said we should finish top ten based on what he's seen of us. But the compressed fixture list is hurting us - we look jaded, some of our approach play is decent enough but the final pass and the finish fail to materialise at least 95% of the time. We need players with high energy and good form in front of our defence and we don't really have any atm - we need to buy one - it's now the most vulnerable part of the squad and it's the area that needs to be improved most and quickest. Leicester to win by two or three and the Blades break their duck against us too. Can't see us getting any change at Wolves or v Arsenal. Temporary bad runs seem permanent when you're in them - we're going to be seriously tested over the next few weeks - though I'm sure we'll rally enough to stay out of trouble, we always do (not sure how though!).

We will lose and fail to score. Possibly 3 or 4 nil to the foxes.

Roy will put on that hang dog face and say we were unlucky and do not have a depth of squad.

He will then tap his jacket with a self satisfied smile safe in the knowledge the incriminating photos of Parish and Dougie are safe in his inside pocket and that all is well

Prior to yesterday's game I thought we had more of a chance in this game than Villa

If Tomkins, MCarthy and Townsend play then think we could get a result. From the Villa game I think only McArthur, Zaha and Dann did enough to stay in the team other places are up for grabs

With respect I have been far from impressed with Dann.
He is 33, his legs have gone and is certainly not the most mobile any more.Twilight of his career and accordingly fallen below the standards he set.
