Not a bad all round performance but another example of how to make chance after chance and miss all bar one. Surely it must be absolute top priority to get someone in that would finish the kind of one on one situations that were missed today let alone any of the other clear chances that went begging today. Most days in the Premier won’t produce anywhere near this amount of opportunities seen today , so it doesn’t bode well. We know there has been a problem for ages, today really rams it home that the answer doesn’t exist in the group we know.

Not a bad all round performance but another example of how to make chance after chance and miss all bar one.

Most days in the Premier won’t produce anywhere near this amount of opportunities seen today , so it doesn’t bode well.
We know there has been a problem for ages, today really rams it home that the answer doesn’t exist in the group we know.

Just wondered. Roy seems to want to play 442 with wilf and ayew up front. If we got a new striker where would he go. Wilf seems to be enjoying playing centre, which would mean moving our player if the year out of position. Assuming wilf stays.

Wilf and Bats up top with Schlupp and Ayew wide support? Wilf is a better finisher than Ayew and came alive when Bats was here last. Both Ayew and Schlupp are very Roy players and are the hard workers needed for the 4-4-2 to work
