Depressing, but 100% accurate, and something that we can all feel by watching over the past few years.

That standard response to people wanting to change the manager/style isn't relevant here. What we need is better, forward-thinking recruitment to renew an ancient squad with very little creativity. It's basic stuff.

Hodgson has an amazing record as a manager across Europe and we would be hard pressed to get another of his pedigree... I would prefer to see the yanks do one than lose Roy... Thank your lucky stars he took us on after Frank the farmer ….
