It's not about a game of football it's about being treated like idiots. If any other business treated it's loyal fanbase like football does they would go out of business

And I suspect if you were in charge we would go bankrupt.

And of course it’s a game of football. If you’re not happy then don’t go. But given you didn’t post for 18 months on here you’re entire complaint seems to be some sort of self entitlement that you’re being screwed.

Disappointing yes - but seriously have a drink and calm down.

Premier League football - check.
No Trevor Francis - check
Wilfried Zaha - check

If football was any other business - they would go bankrupt in a heartbeat.

I have posted comments on here in the last 18 months but you have the privilege of being the last idiot I reply to. You definitely are a reflection of today's society.

A reflection of society how exactly?

s*** happens, let's just get behind the lads tomorrow and move on. We have a few players back so we should be ok for the rest of the season.

It's not about being OK though is it? If we actually had any ambition, we wouldn't have any less chance of a potential top-half or even a top 6 finish, than any other club that actually bothered to improve their squad.

I agree with your sentiments and want them out of the club ASAP. However more often than not this sort of protest seems to affect the team the protesters support, so I will be fully supporting the team tomorrow.
With regard to SP I do hold him partly responsible, if not for the lack of funds, but it was him that said the club cannot stand still and he didn’t want the fans to accept being happy with survival every year. Add to that his appearance on social media when things are going well but his disappearance when they are not.
We should be forever grateful for 2010 saving the club but his “Parish points” for this are diminishing.
Apologies if I have upset some people but having sat at home today and watched as targets have come and gone, I am somewhat upset.
3 points tomorrow may help and my pending trip to Florida on Sunday certainly will.
Have a good night all

Off to Florida Dont suppose your one of our owners

I knew this phase of being in this league was coming, people moaning about mid table boredom and purgatory, well until the stand gets built and the new academy starts churning out superstars it’s set to last for at least another 5/10 years before we can begin to get more regular revenue from more corporate and regular capacity, therefore expand our wage bill and buy higher level players to start taking us into the top 10 regularly.

Bang on.

(And I suspect it won't ever get hugely exciting, even then. A little less of a grind, hopefully, but regular genuine excitement seems unlikely. The Premier League is actually a very very dull affair in the main, outside of - generally - the top and bottom 3 or 4. Some of the stadia are sparkly though.)

As a woman, I can step aside, or step up my game...

No, like you I see next season being pretty bleak. But I think Parish engaged Harris and Blitzer with the best of intentions and it hasn't worked out. I'm pissed with Americans and think that they have massive wealth and sold us short.

But what I cant get is the stick for Roy and the players that comes from the boards.

The same people complaining about lack of investment are complaining that we aren't playing attacking football with an injury ravaged but very honest group of players and manager.

I am a big fan of Roy however I have to say, if the rumours are true, he is not blameless for our lack of creativity. He was not kenn on RB Castagne in the summer, he rarely plays Meyer, didn’t want so didn’t play Camarasa and finally was not convinced about Carassco , but Athletico Madrid were!

Our experiments with creativity haven’t gone too well in recent years though
