With how dire our midfield is, it's actually mind-boggling that Camarasa can't ever get into a game, and usually not even on the bench. No matter how you look at it, it's a massive failure by Freedman and/or RH. We can't afford to completely waste resources on nonsense like this every year.

Even if you exclude Zaha &Townsend that still leaves us with Luka, Kouyate, McArthur, McCarthy, Schlupp, Meyer. Looks pretty strong to me. Who exactly do you think is dire out of our midfielders?

I can only assume Roy knows something we don’t regarding his work ethic/attitude etc because I can’t believe he’s not good enough to even get on our bench..
