This post has been merged from a topic called 'Sean Hughes' by Penge Eagle He was also a huge fan of my favourite band The Wedding Present (wearing their shirt on NMTB) & appeared on David Gedge’s “other” band Cinerama’s song Sly Curl. So he ticked 2 boxes to make him a favourite of mine. Very funny man that will be missed.
Enjoy The Ride! |

Its very sad news to hear about Sean & he was a very funny guy but more importantly a top man!I had the honour of meeting him many times at Selhurst & in pubs nearby. We had alot in common, we both loved a drink & spliff, had the same taste in music(Smiths,Morrissey,Cure, etc)& our love for Palace. He was very down to earth & didn't act like a celebrity. He once gave me tickets for 1 of his shows & a very generous guy.If I knew where the funeral is I would go to show my respects to him.
