One of the biggest surprises from the referendum was listening to Bill Cash on LBC on Sunday 26th June and the unlikelihood of a 2nd referendum and the undermining of democracy. He started at least 6 sentences, maybe more, with "Basically."

Correct? How? Simple, he is not an elected MP so therefore can not be a member of the Cabinet(Government), it's the same over here, and we have our own Nigel Farage in Gert Wilders who is even more radical than your Nigel, although theres a big difference between them, Wilders is an MP, Farage isn't.

Do you not read posts? Or do you read them, ignore them and stick to your own view?

Not a chance. He's too divisive and outspoken for either party. Its also his second resignation as leader of UKIP. I think this might be tied with the issues with Arron Banks has with the party. He's been talking about starting a new party, and its likely that maybe that's more central to his decision than anything else. But it should be concerning how quickly the Brexit leadership have crumbled out of positions of authority. No matter how you dress it up, he's let his supporters down here. Another deception perpetuated by the Leave campaign? Quelle surprise. They're clearing the decks of people who are a liability or are directly tied to 'promises' they'll never be able, or intended, to keep. Ding Ding Ding!

As long as he puts his name to a biscuit then I'll agree. A good old Jammy Custard Farage and a cup of tea. Yum. Could set a trend for all ex politicians to adopt a biscuit. I'm looking forward to the Jack Straw Flapjack, the John Prescotti Biscotti and the Cameron Macaroon

It should look like a 'fantastic chocolate hob knob' on the outside packaging, but when you open the packet, you find its just a tatty looking white chocolate digestive, which crumbles when you try to get it out of the packing.
