Yet again a more intelligent and articulate person would demand more respect if he said that he didn't need lessons in the English language from a yam yam. Again another example of when not swearing could be used. Of course I didn't mean any of it, just thought it fitted in with the context of the thread.

I'd like the swear filter to stay Not because I don't swear. I do from time to time. It's nice to get a rest from it. As many around me struggle to speak without swearing. There are more creative ways to describe players. Fl1pp1ng 'Eck! He's not that good.

Swearing is great in the right situation ( most actually), I've been walking round a big building site with the builder and an architect or quantity surveyor ( who are really looked upto at their firm ), in a suit. I'm in steel toe caps and casual clothes. Nobody looks up to either of these people. Be it the companies that employ them, the companies that have to work with them or any subbies or tradesmen. They're universally hated. Even other surveyors hate a QS.

It doesn't bother me at all to hear it or say it but like you I don't do it to clients, architects, surveyors etc. and don't expect it back. Site manager, no problem.
