Now that definitely sounds like a euphemism for doing a rather baggy assed, badly maintained woman, in her 'industrial wasteland', possibly in exchange for an embarrassingly small fee.

Or slang for raping tramps. I'm into Sheffield Gabor.

No doubt "one-upmanship" is another sordid act that I'd rather not know about too.

I have found 'one up man s***' which is when, at a social gathering, trying to outdo the last persons fecal story.

I would recommend that you buy some 'delay spray' from Ann Summers.

staffie and Forest are kind helpful HOL legends that is true but some of the posters in the early days of this site were behemoths of fun and laughter.

The site itself was more fun - you didn't have to register to post on the away forum. It was like a wild west saloon and you never knew if you were responding to an actual away fan or a HOL member masquerading as one. To this day I do not know who was doing Valley Sally, but he/she was hilarious.

On General Talk there were great battles between Half Man Half Slug and Petealiator that went on for months with no letting up. There was no profanity filter, I don't remember any red cards being dished out, or yellow for that matter. Cucking Funt was a moderator and was more lenient than our Mods today, you really had to go some to get a card.

Jake Da Eagle was one of the funniest people I have ever heard. He was a HOL legend.

Sadly all of them have gone and like the EU, this site is now a bureaucratic shadow of it's former self, a nanny state in comparison to how it began.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Jake was hilarious.

Who's wife got absolutely rinsed? I don't think anyone has ever posted their Mrs in kit pics since then.

Also was it Redhead who lost the plot over ginger jokes? He was very funny albeit unintentionally

To be fair to the mods now there are more general guidelines around social media they have to be careful. As the Belle Stars once sang, Sign o' the times

I wound her right up and she bit every time.

Unfortunately my Minogue gag hit upon a raw nerve with her..... ooops..... LOL

Horses for courses, Hoof. Despite being in the same situation as dear Kylie, I still find that comment amusing

Perhaps I'm just a bad person.......

It was Mr Michael. And he owned a purple car, as well.

My favourite was MC Danger Guns. A true bellend but one had to admire his persistence.

Redhead said he would 'f*** me' on one thread and seemed to get awfully hurt when I told him I liked girls.

Saxon's 'coup de grace' was definitely his 'Are you going to own up Coward' thread where he accused everyone in the World of making negative comments about his missus.

I nearly wet myself at some of the comments.

The Chubby Accountant is no more.

The bellyman thread was pure genius. Poor lad had no idea of what was just around the corner once he posted 'that' pic...

Also, I maybe somewhat naïve, but does not wearing a condom or blowing into someone's anus require its own slang.

Slang should be reserved for the kind of activities which neither you, or any other party involved, can be entirely sure of the legality of the act.

Yes. If Adam Johnson has been more ambiguous in his text messages then perhaps he wouldn't be in such a sticky mess.
