Control and attention. Someone in prison please get him. Burn him. But don't kill him. Then blind him. Then castration. Then keep him alive until he is 80. Sh1t in his food. Keep him awake at night. Make him go insane. Everyone should be treated equally by the law and everyone has the right to representation, even the most vile. Our rights when it comes to the justice system are more important than him.

Why should the most vile have the same rights as good, upstanding people? To my mind, this is where the mindset of the law is wrong. Human rights should apply until you prove yourself to be inhumane and then you should get inhumane rights. Which wouldn't amount to much!

Because then what's to stop the system deciding that you don't deserve them? I don't mean "Human Rights"in the EU sense as in the right to a comfy cell etc, those are privilages in my opinion. Rights to a fair trial and legal representation need to be universal because if you let them slip, even for a few, it will end up with the government taking them away from people it doesn't like. Remember no government can be trusted with your freedom, it's something you have to exercise.

..he should just be used for experiments, all these types if I had the power would be used to improve our lives, transplant a particular type of cancer into him then do our best to treat it, it will stop all the testing that takes sooooo long and will reduce the costs once a drug is made available, it makes sense.
