Turkey do have a lot to answer for, particularly in their aggressive position against the Kurds, who are one of the major forces preventing IS from spreading further into Northern Syria and Iraq. But few nations have more to fear from IS than Turkey, given that IS follow a prophetic line which explicitly mentions retaking Istanbul.

Oh, and of course we could go in to the fact that IS are a far greater threat to Shia Muslims than to white Christians, or the fact that in Yemen IS bombed a mosque full of Zaidi Sunnis as well, or the fact that every single group on the ground fighting IS are predominantly Muslim. I am almost certain the Russian fighter was in Turkish airspace as the Russians have a long history of Pissing around like this, the execution of the two pilots absolutely guarantees Russia will retaliate. I am almost certain the Russian fighter was in Turkish airspace as the Russians have a long history of Pissing around like this, the execution of the two pilots absolutely guarantees Russia will retaliate.
