Thats already happened with Crystal Palace Selhurst Park Ltd, this company actually owns the stadium and has the ground secured on a debenture through a company in Luxembourg!

The stadium owning company is actually owned by CPFC 2010 Ltd and all companies within the group have charges from the same Luxembourg company which my guess would be is security for Textor's loans

We beat west ham as well.

To put things in perspective yes, we have had a dreadful run. In our last 10 league games we got 8 points. If we repeat that we would have 32 points with 7 games left. Meaning we would need 5/6 points from those 7 games.

If we can't get to 38 points then we deserve to go down.

Good perspective.

A bad run, but only just behind the required run rate

The group is Palace Holdco-CP2010 Ltd- CPFC Ltd- CP(women)Ltd. There is no mention of CPFC Selhurst Park Ltd, which is listed as a small company that owns a football stadium and the directors are parish/Blitzer/Harris/Textor. There sole business is the ownership of the football stadium with no income, so I think they lease the stadium to the football club for nothing. I suspect that this company is a backstop so that if the football club were to go in to administration, the debenture gives them preferred creditor status thus securing the ground for the owners named above to protect their investments?

Leeds 2-0 up against Utd. It will feel like a conspiracy of results against us soon, but you can’t escape the new manager bounce.

Certainly can’t. I guess at least we don’t play these teams til that bounce has well and truly flattened out. End of the day we need to get to 38-40 points and if we worry too much about other teams’ results it will be a long few months coming up.

We've been playing absolute sh!te, can't seem to create chances and have been on a terrible run.

The forwards are rubbish and momentum is in the wrong direction. These two new lads need to be mustard.

Have they got one already, thought it was caretaker for this match!

Well it isn’t the same manager, caretaker or not, but it doesn’t matter as it would appear that normal service is resumed and they’ve thrown away a 2 goal advantage. Currently 2-2

Taking a 2 goal lead at Old Trafford is an achievement in itself and although Leeds never got all the points, a 2-2 draw is an admirable result.

The teams meet again,at Leeds on Sunday.

Agree. Parish and Co have earned the right to run the club in whatever way they see fit, and I have faith that they/he will keep the club afloat and do whatever he can to stay in the prem.

The problems are twofold, though. - Where's the required cash coming from to achieve this aim? and Parish's diminishing control over to parties who have earned the earned that right.

SP has an issue.. he needs money to sustain the club, but the only way he seems able to get that money is by reducing the control he has at the club... The other stakeholders ; H+B and Textor, appear to be very quiet allowing SP control. I'm not convinced that the relationship these 3 groups have is allowing the club to be run properly.
But as I said earlier, I have trust that SP is doing all he can for the sake of the club. Selling up and him leaving altogether worries me more.

It's only a matter of time until Parish is out. His business model 'let me spend your money my way!' just hasn't and won't work... let's be realistic.

Anyone coming in will have larger shares and will want control.

Yup, Parish bought us on the cheap and with other blokes, invested but let's be real, he doesn't have the cash to run this club.

Palace won't be asset stripped - lol, what assets? and the land... lol that's a nightmare to redevelop as we all know.

A mega rich team need to come in and do things their way.

Otherwise we can go back down to the champ and Parish can stay and we challenge In the champ, benefitting from the academy... which, would be fine by me.
