I made my point....immigration policy is a ponzi scheme....a curse for current and future generations in several different forms. I am anti EU migrant....well to be more accurate....I'm anti freedom of movement......the economic argument was never the reason for me rejecting the EU. Edited by Stirlingsays (09 Jan 2019 6.06pm)

Are you saying that people are claiming asylum and then bringing in multiple wives, each of whom needs a separate home which is paid for by the State? Wow, I never knew. I thought the asylum requirements were that you can bring in people that lived with the successful asylum claimant in the home country so I don't really see how that can be. But I guess you know your facts Becky. I blame the Mormons Edited by Mapletree (09 Jan 2019 4.30pm) Yup, whilst polygamy is illegal in this country, if the marriages have taken place in countries where it is legal, then they may bring the additional wives here. The limitation is that they can only claim the married couple's allowances for the first wife, but any others are treated as single parents and, as such, are entitled to housing benefit, child benefit et al.

Edited by PalazioVecchio (09 Jan 2019 6.42pm) Around 2050 I'd say. Though obviously even now anyone saying anything controversial in public life is hounded by activists and then sacked by the establishment institutions big and small via fear of reputational damage.....The professionally offended rule. What is truth isn't important......What is allowed to be said is all that matters.

Edited by PalazioVecchio (09 Jan 2019 6.42pm) I wonder how many of the Muslim unemployed are female? I would suggest that it is far more likely for a married Christian woman to work, than a married Islamic woman. Not across the board by any means but seems reasonable considering the religious and cultural viewpoints of many of both religions.

EU migrants contribute marginally more into the system, whereas non EU take out more. And anyway, aren't we talking about illegal immigration on dighys. Which is illegal, no matter what you can prove or disprove about the NHS.

For me to gauge the scale of the problem, do you have statistics on the numbers? I have never come across such an example. Do you have a source?
