And all the fake eagles on here that defend Roy that he has not been backed. BS. Burnley played with a plan, endeavor, purpose and heart. They did not bend over before the game started. They deserve to stay up

What makes people that support Roy ‘fake eagles’?

Endeavour has a u in it. May I suggest you set your spell check language to UK English.

It's all about the execution... you have a plan and you believe in it.

Roy may well have had a plan.... his team just looks like they don't believe In it..

We look lost.

Time for change.

Dyche does exactly the same thing as Hodgson. Palace have achieved plenty of results like Burnley got last night playing anti football, just like Burnley have had their pants pulled down plenty of times by the big teams playing that way.

I've no problem with sensible criticism of Hodgson and would have no problem if we ended up with Dyche, but to point to Dyche or Burnley as an example of something we are currently missing is ridiculous, and shows how ill thought out some of the criticism of our current manager is.

fair play to Parish though, our startling ineptitude v pool, wolves and city has got a response with the new striker, if he gets Tufan in as well I will be rather impressed - we got found out v Liverpool and it will prob turn out to be a good thing, we do need several ins and outs over the summer, we may not get as many as we expect but Parish has always acted when things have taken a down turn.

What Burnley did well tonight and we can’t seem to do is to defend well without giving away stupid free kicks on the edge of the penalty area or worse giving away cheap penalties.

Don't recall may of he 7 goals we conceded falling into that category. Wonder goals most of them scored against a lackluster team that lost the center of its back 4 through injury.

Liverpool have not played that well before or since. Thus, an element of bad luck too.

Quite. Burnley and us are twinned with the same resource issue but survival spirit.

The difference between Dyche and Roy is that Dyche will be at the sideline shouting at them and giving them a verbal boot up the backside where as Roy sits in his chair looking non-plussed as to what is going on. Not to mention Dyche can use a substitute where as Roy is known for the somewhat bizarre and late substitutions that make little to no difference in the game.

Then the abysmal passing which has become the normal that I can only put down to the training not being very progressive.

Then the constant passing backwards and trying to pass the ball around their penalty area to get it in the back of the net unless their is the bit of genius play from one of Zaha, Eze, Schlupp..

In my opinion, I think there is a vast difference between Roy and Dyche.

That's Ray's job!
