As we are a democracy change has to be effected politically so of course it is political. And immense change is necessary. What a symbol of the era of May Cameron and Osborne's tory policies that metres away from this awful tomb there are mansions owned by the rich mainly for investment from abroad many not even lived in. Cameron and his rich mates just up the road in trendy Notting Hill. Return London to Londoners and their families and people working in London as priority. No wonder the french had a revolution against all this. Heaven knows where to start really.

I unlike many posters, I believe in free speech, in the long run, people end up showing their true colours. The biggest problem is most posters don't remember their post past the life time of a thread. I ask a third time are you OK? Bad news? Black dog? Edited by pefwin (17 Jun 2017 7.20pm)

The most revealng thing you've said on this thread. I don't know how you feel you are in a position to judge 'the mood of the nation' but I suspect you've aligned yourself with the rabble bearing SWP, Momentum and other banners who've hijacked this tragedy in furtherance of their own political agenda. It was you, Gusset, who first (distastefully) politicised this thread and, apart from a couple of muted platitudes, your whole tone on it has been a continuation of your "f*ck the Tories" attitude displayed in proliferation elsewhere on these boards. I will go further, Gusset, and put it to you that you shed crocodile tears over this event while you and others of your kind, the Corbyns, McDonnells, Jones' and and all the other Trotskyites now controlling the Labour Party are in fact rubbing your hands with glee at this opportunity to sow the seeds of further division in the country. Well done. It's working. I will go still further, Gusset, and say that I think you are a loathsome, despicable example of humanity. You've well and truly overstepped the mark. Personal abuse it may be, but I stand by every word. Edited by Cucking Funt (17 Jun 2017 4.43pm) Well said! Between you, you and Pikester have hit the nail very firmly on the head, and along with both of you, I am sick and tired of Gusset's hijacking of every thread on any subject. Any colour card for this would be most unfair - to me it's not personal abuse, it's merely telling the truth!

Mr Funt, I think you do not deserve a card, but an award for that post. What you said needed saying, and you said it very well. Perhaps those who hijack this board for party political reasons need reminding that we are only here because we are fans of by far the greatest team the world has ever seen, and that certainly aint any of the current political parties.
