Parish also clearly said in the same sentence that, now we need a new mamaneger transfers would likely be more. As for rumours about the Americans... blah blah blah Just rumours with no substance. My understanding is we have no interest in Dyche and haven't spoken to him so any article mentioning us thinking about him goes straight to the click bait junk bin. Anyway Dave I've used your post as an example, there's a plethora of others I could have picked. My point is I think we should keep perspective over how our club is run and the people in charge. I'm proud of our ownership and sad when I constantly see negative posts with little to no substance.

Where does your understanding that we have no interest in Dyche come from if it's not from the very same media outlets that you claim are just click bait?

I'd be happy with de Boer, pellergino or Claude puel. All good candidates. Just want a decision and start planning for next season.

Personally think we would be mad, not to interview the ex saints manager. 8th place finish in the premier league not to be sniffed at. Granted his football, not pleasing on the eye. His experience in the league would edge him ahead the likes of de Boer and pellergino for me. Here's puel record Monaco - 91 games. - 48% win rate To achieve 100 games as a manager at one club is the stability we need. If we can't appoint one of the 3 preferred candidates. I'd definitely offer the job to puel. He was sacked at saints because of the style of football rather than the results, he achieved. Edited by CPFC/SCCC (22 Jun 2017 8.30am)

Thing with puel Southampton only scored 17 goals at home which tells me his a very very defensive coach. Agree though worth an interview if we can't get our main targets.
