Thing is dazzle nobody will pay any attention to your transfer revelations because everybody knows you know jack s*** about whats going on at Palace. You claim to be a fan but think its ok to wind up fellow fans ... who are all anxious to know whats going on. Just give it a rest mate.

"Some of the players who were expecting to be given new deals, and had been in talks with sporting director Dougie Freedman, now feel it is more likely they will leave the club given the situation, with defender Scott Dann planning for life after Palace and considering other offers.

Some of those who are expecting to leave the club are also frustrated that they - like Hodgson was - were unable to bid an official farewell to Palace supporters on the final day of last season.

Sad state of affairs that we're in such disarray that some long standing players of ours have been treated this way of not knowing whether they're coming or going.

Certain posters talking about "relax or trust in Parish or even Vieira will be there come Monday to take pre-season training..."
How does that negate how we've actually handled the human element of treating our out of contract players?
The business is what it is, but really take a moment to think from a player's perspective too because I'd be more than frustrated in this situation to the point of having contempt towards the club in treating me this way

I thought the whole idea of having a Sporting Director etc was to sort all this out irrespective of who the the manager is. What a shower of sh1t.

This is why we don't ever bring in high quality staff they wouldn't put up with how things are run.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

So which ever way you look at it they did actually save us. And let’s face it nine years of top flight , something the club has never done before , should be applauded.

You're not wrong, we were 24 hours from liquidation, the administrator ran out of money.

Mmm not sure. It is my understanding that work permits for people such as PV can be issued same day. Favre’s was issued very quickly

The Mail has stated that the Vieira announcement will be made this afternoon.
If this happens it will be interesting to see the make up of the coaching team which presumably will be announced at the same time.
If questions are permitted no doubt he’ll be asked how it feels to be third choice, why it’s taken so long, which players he wants to retain/buy and the future of Zaha.
