for any commuters:

City of London Police - Corporate Partner Communication
Road closures – Monday morning, 5 June 2017

London Bridge northbound carriageway has reopened for traffic, but the southbound carriage remains closed

Roads in the City that were closed following the attack on Saturday have mostly reopened, including Upper Thames Street.

Update from Transport for London, 0400hrs, Monday 5 June –

Lower Thames Street has been reopened westbound at Tower Bridge
Blackfriars Underpass has been reopened eastbound
Gracechurch Street has been reopened to traffic between London Bridge and Fenchurch Street
Cannon Street has been reopened to traffic between Queen Victoria Street and East Cheap
King William Street has been reopened to traffic in both directions between Canon Street and Bank
Tooley Street has been reopened westbound to traffic

Due to this incident the following road closures remain in place –
Borough High Street remains closed northbound at the junction with Great Dover Street.
Southwark Street is still closed eastbound at Southwark Bridge.

Statement from City of London Police Commissioner Ian Dyson QPM of the City following the terror attacks in London Bridge and Borough Market

“Once again the UK has been subject to a horrific terrorist attack, and once again Police officers were at the forefront, showing remarkable bravery as they defended people against the evil of terrorism. My thoughts and prayers, and those of the officers and staff of City of London Police, are with those who lost loved ones or sustained injuries in the attack on Saturday night.

“City of London Police are working alongside colleagues from the Metropolitan Police Service and British Transport Police in a co-ordinated, pan-London Policing response to the terrorist threat. As the City returns to work on Monday morning, people will see more officers, both armed and unarmed, on patrol as we seek to reassure everyone in this most resilient of Cities.”

If it wasn't Islam then it would be something else.
The 'goal' is the creation of fear as it's far easier for those who (cough)'rule over us' to control and manipulate a frightened population, than a happy one.

Religion isn't evil at all per se as it's people that are evil and just use religion as an excuse to kill each other

When did Corbyn or McDonnell talk to the UDA and Unionist parties - evidence please.

It's not just religion. It is race, language, history, traditions and culture. Nations came about because people of similar religion, race, language, and culture united to protect and enhance these things. Most conflicts in history, and now, largely have differences in race, religion, language and culture at their roots. To pretend that different races, religions and cultures can get along just fine is delusion, however much fools like Caroline Lucas and Tim Farron and Jeremy Corbyn tell you otherwise.

Thats right to a certain extent...but its 'religion' that gives people a platform to do so and for it to spread to others that believe in the same ideology.

If there was no Religion then it wouldnt spread so quickly and provide a perverse justification for people to commit these acts in its name.
