Goals can come from anywhere and all count. A particular favourite of mine was route one against Manchester United whereby Guaita punted a long ball for Schlupp to head on into the path of Ayew who calmly side footed past a hapless De Gea, marvellous.

Yes, that was a classic, Schlupp can certainly finish, a cracking couple against Burnley a couple of years ago too

I think we're back to the Championship and we will struggle there

too.

The players don't seem interested and neither do I!

Should have got Spence and Moura.

We get 2 new midfield players and leave them out of Man U game.

Should have just thrown them in as we had no chance of winning anyway!

With Dyche, Everton will stay up.

Players just arrived who have spent minutes training with the settled team, tend not to start.

I will wait to see how our two new players Ahamada and Lokonga fit in before consigning us to the Championship.

Sometimes just a couple of tweeks and changes can make all the difference. Fingers crossed.

Sincerely hope you are right, but in our current state with other sides around us investing heavily, showing some grit ,fight and determination,a complacent Palace seem to be heading in the wrong direction with one win in eight, which is relegation form!!

Part of the problem, Vieira does not seem to learn. Putting out the same team over and over again. 1st half at Old Trafford - we were absolute crap going forward.
Edouard, what has happened to him? Two in 9 minutes on his debut vs Spurs, now he is like a Benteke on one of his bad days.
Schlupp (all credit to him for his role 2nd half vs ManU), but as a midfielder he offers absolutely nothing.
Would like to see the two newcomers from Stuttgart and Arsenal start alongside Doucoure and Hughes in midfield in the next game, with Olise and Schlupp(!) on top. The former Fox has a good left foot, is pretty quick and with good balance - can't be any worse than Edouard/Ayew/Mateta.
And keep the back 5.
Must say I am surprised by Cliff R. He cost us 2 goals vs Man City, got injured but has proved since his return to be a very reliable player.

Leeds fans seem to be turning against their team and manager judging by yesterday.

That's never good when you are in a relegation battle.

I suggest it's a case of players new to this league needing a bit of time to adjust. I'm just surprised his adjustment took so little time in terms of minutes played.

Come on everyone stop all this talk about relegation.

We're an established premier league outfit of ten seasons and had over £1bn of financial rewards for being so...we've astutely invested in the playing side of things over those years to keep the first team fit for purpose with plenty of cover in each position whilst we eagerly await the conveyor belt of first team grade players to emerge from the academy...I mean its not like we've got no money, not been picking up points where we should, playing right backs at left back, and keeping two no9's on the bench and playing three wingers or will have eight players out of contract in the summer....

No wins in their last 7 PL games, losing 4 of them.
They have lost key players from last season in Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha.
They have signed 13 players in the 2 'Windows' but at present Bamford has not long returned from injury and needs to discover that sharpness, Rodrigo is out injured.
They have recently purchased striker Rutter from Hoffenheim for a fee which could reach £36 Mill.

We're far too good to go down. Our squad is up there with the best in the world, let alone the league.

We need to start putting points on the board pdq. We are only 6 points above the relegation zone and a few more losses we'd be in the tradional relegation scrap

Here we go again "investment". What you mean is that you want a wealthy person or persons to splurge their money on big transfer fees and excessive player wages to give us a team that we can enjoy watching - a few of us even buying a ticket for the privilege of doing so. Where do you hope this money will come from?

No but apparently we had money to buy Gallagher in the summer. It would be nice to see our multi-billionaire owners finance the team rebuild, as others have done at clubs not dissimilar in size to us
