Yet we still couldn't beat their B Team..!!

It wasn't a memorable performance, but (I think) I heard them say Leicester had won 5 and drawn 1 of their last 6 away games. Based on that and many people's pre-match fears 1-1 has to be seen as a good result. Roy admitted himself that the team were still in their shells first half. Hopefully it'll give us the confidence to go and beat Sheffield Utd. Tomkins looked a bit rusty, but I still think he should start the next game. I think creatively we offer less without Eze in the team, but Schlupp has been playing much better than many of the rest of the team. It will be interesting to see what Roy does.

There is no such thing as a B team.

Why players are changed is at the managers descretion, clubs do it all the time, as the squads are so strong.
For some reason you feel, if the opposition changes their team, we should automatically beat them.

I laughed out loud when Wilf hit a forty yard pass to towards Townsend / the corner flag rather than play Benteke in prior to his goal. Didn’t laugh so much at Benteke’s header at the end.

In the first half I thought Riedewald and Luka were off the pace and we virtually surrendered the midfield but despite that Leicester fashioned relatively few chances and the penalty was the only proper save Guaita had to make.

However, the midfield alternatives are all much of a muchness and can’t see what the continual fuss is about Roy supposedly choosing the wrong one. I’d admit I didn’t expect to see Luka.
