Agree... You can see a difference in the playing style already... Crisp, intense and high tempo play... Bearing in mind nobody is anywhere near match fit it was a half in which it's been very much a training game for us. Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

After a typical Palace start, not a bad 1st half of footie. Wilf, being Wilf, whinge & moan for non-fouls till he won a few near half way line. Street, excellent assist for Zaha's goal. Schlupp & a rejuvenated Reideweld in midfield combining well, leaving Jimmy Mac to screen our back 4, well I say back 4, Mitchell is up n down that left hand side far better than PvA ever could. Clyney, not to be left out is doing similar on RHS. Thommo, Kelly & Guaita, have had hardly anything to do. Ayew, some nice touches. Walsall's keeper obviously has been very busy, but, denied Wilf twice & is very commanding in his box. He is however a 21yo on loan from Br1-3ton(my Willo moment) This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.
