You first I guess Keynes would advocate investment in infrastructure so that economic progress could be made. Sarte would have us believe that if we thought hard enough that we could do well, we could make that our version of reality. I would certainly think that we need investment. I would also question the team's motivation on occasions. Do they truly believe? Or have false beliefs due to the constructs of their own version of reality?

Essentially in existentialism people are free agents who have control over their choices and actions, and are therefore responsible for them. In our society, especially at present, the state and its agencies restrict the individuals life or actions.
