The nominal value of a company's stock, or par value, is an arbitrary value assigned for balance sheet purposes when the company is issuing share capital – and is typically £1 or less. It has little to no bearing on the stock's market price.

Does freeing up this amount of capital suggest we are going to payout for a manager rather than take whoever doesn't have a club currently? I am linking us finding funds from a new source directly to the cost of prizing someone away from their side, like Sean Dyche away from Burnley?
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Apparently a US based investor, the £5m has gone towards the Academy. Not sure if he was already one of the unnamed investors
