I agree, but it’s only been a few games and slightly different system.

I like Ayew and his last season was very good but I still don’t rate him that highly and have a feeling last season was more of a one off than a sign of things to come.

Hope that doesn’t come off as too harsh on him though.

 

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Absolutely agree Becky, very happy with that. A draw would be just fine and Dandy for me at FT too

Let's be honest, Chelsea control the ball because they have superior quality and we're unwilling to take chances. But we've limited their chances and had 3-4 of our own. A good half for us.

Really? Away from home we always keep it tight in the 1st half. Doesn't make us not very good though! 2nd half is generally a little more offensive. Being still in the game is always what you after surely.

Need to take Havertz out the game. I would take Ayew off and put Benteke on. We might need to put Milivojevic on as well and get McArthy to man mark Havertz. He is running everything. Take him out the game we have a chance.

It seems our only ambition is defend like mad and hope for a 0-0 - what has changed since last season ?
