This all seems a bit beyond a 12 year old to me. Seems a bit dated. Does the word "c**n" (as in "C**nflakes" still exist in English? I'd hope that word had been eradicated years ago. Better to look at the parent(s) using the boy's (or girl's) account. He’s probably been sent it on WhatsApp by his mates and they all think it’s hilarious so he passes it on, could even have felt under pressure to do it. We do not know the full circumstances save to say he obviously knows no better. If he has even a modicum of decency within him he’ll be frightened to death by what has happened and won’t do it again. The media circus around it stinks though.

Sakho certainly played like he had a chip on his shoulder. Edited by georgenorman (12 Jul 2020 9.44pm) That's an improvement though - normally he plays like he's got a whole sack of potatoes round his neck.

Perhaps when groups that the left and centralists like to call 'far right' are actually allowed a political party in this country where they can campaign. Only then can we will find out how popular they are or aren't. Really not sure what you're talking about. I think people are just shocked a 12 year old boy has come out with such horrendously offensive abuse, and would like to know where he has learnt it.

Phew. I'm sure we can all sleep safer at night knowing that a dumb 12-year old kid has been arrested for hurty words on the internet. Meanwhile, my local (black) drug-dealing, bike-stealing, bin-burning gang continues to act with impunity and terrorise our neighborhood with zero action or response from the police, despite calls. If only I could check what the scum were posting on Twitter though - maybe that's how we'd finally get rid of them. Talk about agenda-driven policing.

I know this because a family member went through same sort of thing but over longer period of time and much worse was said police was not interested. But Zaha and Wright o they was quick to help them out wasn't they. Almost everyone who follows football in this country has heard of Zaha, gossip talks.

I'd make a number of observations. Firstly, this is the kind of childish abuse you would expect from a 12 year old and the sort of foolishness that many people endured at school. A bully uses what he thinks will hurt you. The insult of choice is of no great significance. So what? The kid needs better parents if he thinks that this is how you behave. Second, I hope those that went into woke outrage mode on TV feel like clowns now the age of the 'wicked racist' has been revealed. Third. As I have said many times before. The ridiculous crusade for 'equality' and anti racism that the media have embarked upon will only serve to increase racial tension and make racial abuse more appealing to those who wish to gain notoriety through antisocial behaviour.

If someone documents a crime online then yes they will be arrested. Countless people are arrested because they're so dim they record themselves beating someone up or smashing something up. Days of a 'bobby on the beat' or investigating anything that isn't open and shut are all but over... unfortunately.

So, the lads been released(under investigation). Interesting line from WMP "we are 'attempting' to contact the footballer for a statement" I wonder
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Perhaps you haven't listened to many 12 year old boys. Having been a teacher I can tell you that offensive abuse isn't uncommon. We are talking about children here and children explore and learn and that unfortunately can also be anti social like this. You are just more interested in this abuse because it's racial. However, abuse is abuse. There's a certain selectivity going on here. Much, much worse abuse than this is said and done everyday....yet it gets zero attention because most aren't interested. Yet when it comes the way of a multi millionaire footballer, suddenly everyone wants a piece. Edited by Stirlingsays (13 Jul 2020 1.00pm)

Western society is today no different than the brainwashed societies of communism or nazis before it. Only that now it's a more hidden, obscure shadow governing that decided white men genocide and blaming a long time ago. Racism of all kinds should be forbidden, but white people are also subjected to it many times and nothing happens.

Well yes, it's fair to say that most 12 year olds aren't behaving like this on social media. Hence why it stood out. A high profile target too, so the outcome is predictable. It does have to be weighed against the fact that he's a kid though. Some want to make an overly politicised 'example' of him as Hrolf pointed out, which is unfortunate. On the opposite end, some would no doubt love the idea of nurturing the boys outlook in a way that retains the worldview but loses the coarse delivery. Hopefully this isn't why this has happened in the first place. Personally, I'd rather him become a full and respectful member of society and know how to behave towards others and learn from his mistakes. The police will knock this nonsense on the head, and unless the family is social services material, they will be as ashamed of his actions as the target was shocked. It's a lamentable episode, but better it comes from a 12 year old who can learn from it, than an adult out to genuinely do damage. He's primarily guilty of wasting police time and embarrassing himself. I doubt he'll be doing it again in a hurry and it'll blow over. Tomorrow's fish and chip paper.
