Yes you just get that feeling that at some point Villa will pick up some points before the end of the season and I think we all know who the benefactors are likely to be

Why would we want to Cloggers FC any favours? You have kicked s*** out of Wilf every game, branded him a diver and have a c*** who masquerades as a wasp at home games. I don’t want Palace to lose but if it sends you down it would take some of the hurt away

I would take a defeat if it got West Ham relegated!

would be worth losing to Villa if it helped relegate t***ford......dirty nasty team and Capoue, Deeney and co wouldnt be missed in the Premier League

Cannot understand the pessimistic views of a few.
Villa can and will be beaten at the Weekend,as Man U are adequately demolishing them tonight.
Anything they can do,we can do better!!(although one of our ex players missed a sitter 4 yards out)

Palace reject.

I have to say, as much as I am committed to my pessimism, AV do look crap.

Knowing our luck they will galvanise and produce their greatest performance of the season against us.

Or, following a Guaita error, Sakho slip and Cahill pulling up, lightning will strike the ball into the net from half way in the first minute and again in the last.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Don't really mind about this one, given the choice if Villa get three points it just might help them stay up and relegate that little sh*t, Harry the Hornet and his buddies. So I expect the opposite to happen and we will win by the odd goal.

Villa have had some bad luck this season, including that penalty last night (VAR looked at it for what, 3 seconds? You do wonder if it had been Grealish whether they might have reviewed it more thoroughly). There doesn't look to be a real passionate desire in them to get out of the position they're in compared to recent performances from the likes of West Ham and BHA (that leaves a bad taste saying that) and they look very light up front (even compared to us). Grealish no longer seems to be making much of an impact either and seems to drift out of games.

Our record against teams below us is very, very good and despite some abject performances I think the players will know this may be our last chance to win some points.

2-0 Wilf and Tekkers
