No, they are not he largest share holder they only hold 36% between them, Parish and a few other share holders can out vote then, of course if they sided with the yanks they would win the vote There are only three executive shareholders who can actually make decisions, Harris, Blitzer and Parish. The rest hold bits of paper that could give them a share of the profits if there ever were any; they have nothing to do with how the company is run.
