They gave us a hiding last year in the same fixture, my concern is that we cannot score and if Roy continues with CB then its 11 v 10 just like last year....cannot not see us doing better than 0-0, if they score we lose!

Ye with little faith.
We have recorded our first win of the year, something they haven't,following five draws and one defeat, despite their attempt at a more attractive, expansive style under Potter.
Think we will win here to cement our stay in the Prem.

I suspect they will come out at us full tilt. Last year we crumpled in a rather humiliating way. Hopefully this time we will be able to soak up that pressure but also apply a bit ourselves.

I'd love to win but would be happy with any drawer.
1-1 is a possibility.

Now I would think 1 of those goals might not of stood, the penalty with VAR. The other 2, one was never a corner and the other a Tomo error. They had 10 men for 60 mins as well. Just need to up our game and be more disciplined, like on Saturday. As others have said Wilf knows about this game, him and others need to put that mindset in the rest of the players. The only worry is that we go back to Roy's default position and not lay a glove on them for an age.

Our win last weekend has massively changed the dynamic of this game. The pressure of relegation has been lifted greatly from our shoulders and they are feeling it more. Harry Potter has spent the season pretending he is not under pressure but by god he is feeling it now. He has no idea of his best starting 11 and has been tweaking his tactics every week lately.

I am confident we will win this, it won’t be by much but we will win.

There are still too many games left to be complacent. Ideally, we should go all out to beat any team below us in the league but a draw at Brighton will be enough to keep them under pressure. Would love to see us thrash 'em so I can enjoy my lunch on Saturday.

We are owed a serious performance by our lads on this one as our last 3 against them have been nothing short of disgraceful in my opinion...

The fact we are away actually makes me feel better but if we go one down we won’t be able to get back into it as seems to be the norm lately...

I’m gonna go crazy and go 2-0 us... All I want is a proper effort against our rivals which we haven’t given the last 3 games against them

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Pressure on the weed to get a result.
The law of averages says that sooner or later we'll convert some of our chances.

1-3.

Hope your right and I'm wrong, although if we did win, do think its a bit early to say that we are then safe!

In all fairness, if we win, we would only need 3-4 points from 10 games to be safe.. We win Saturday and we're definitely safe.

I can't see any of Watford, Bournemouth, Villa, Brighton or West Ham catching us if we go onto 36 points this weekend.

Aren't you forgetting that we've got a certain Christian Benteke up front; the look which Cahill gave him after that glaring header miss says it all...
