Can't see Parish employing ex Brighton, and seeing how he got stung for the FdB fiasco, I can't help but think it'll be Freedman.

Roy is apparently out of contract this summer and if he doesnt get assurances then i suspect he will call it a day. It's not a case of who we want, but who would take it given the spending restrictions, aging squad, no Zaha (probably) and DoF calling the shots on transfers. We would be lucky to end up with up Steve McLaren at this rate.

Until the Yanks have gone we're stuck, not sure what'll come first for RH, impatience or retirement but whoever we want won't want to be saddled with an OAP squad & no funds to change it. Plus, it'll more than likely be someone happy to be a 'yes man' with no say in who we sign etc. Guessing BFS & Pullis were promised the world when interviewed only to realise there's very little cash & you'll get who the board select.

If push comes to shove, I'm prepared to forgive Dougie and get behind him again. We're all entitled to make mistakes in life and recover from them. I'd give him another chance, he did well when he was our manager and he's got some good transfers in since becoming DoF. I don't think it's his fault that we haven't been afforded any more spectacular signings.
