Given our recent "Champions League" run, as Luka referred to it, and the testing we have faced from very good opposition, I wonder if we have, by default, prepared ourselves well for the upcoming matches.

We have performed terribly in some fixtures, whilst against Liverpool we made ourselves look very good. I hope that this has boosted player confidence as we seem to be marching on much stronger now.

We'll still lose to Watford 4-nil. That's just how we role!

Should be getting at least 12 hopefully. A very good run of fixtures for us.

10 points. 3 wins a draw and 2 defeats
Puts team on 28 points, second best we've done in Premier League after 21 games

12 points for me - lets not forget we are Palace..!!

Still 30 points at the turn of the year would be great - in my mind would mean just 3 more wins to secure safety for another season from another 17 games..!!

Optimist in me suggests with our current points tally and the run we have over the next 7 games and some good additions in the window we could see our best Prem finish ever..!!

30 points at the turn of the year would also mean we are not so worried about a relegation battle so could give the FA Cup some focus.

That with potential new owners coning in all could be very rosy indeed in the Palace garden..!!

Lets start by beating Bmfff tonight - that could see us 5th..!!

COYP..!!

This is a perfect opportunity to show what we are made of. We want to be seen as a top ten team then these teams we should be beating.
Tonight's match showed fantastic effort and character, 10 down and carried on and won.

Watford should be another 3 points, but.. it's us... we may well slip up, but like others, 4 wins would be great.

Can we go unbeaten in this 8 match spell against 'lesser' teams?
How many points will we get?

Burnley = Win
Bournemouth (H) = Win
Watford
Weed (H)
Newcastle
West Ham (H)
Southampton
Norwich

I suppose you can add the Derby FA Cup match as a should win

When they kick out your front door. How you gonna come ?

Injuries sadly will have a say in this.

Burnley = Win
Bournemouth (H) = Win
Watford = W
Weed (H) = D
Newcastle = L
West Ham (H) = W
Southampton = W
Norwich = W

Would like to think so but it is probably a tall order even with a full strength squad. The league is still very much congested in the middle, most squads have some quality in them and suspect we will come a cropper in 1 or even 2 of these games. Reckon we will be at 30-32 points. Whatever happens we have had a good 2019 in terms of PL wins.

If we only picked up 9 points from these games we would be heading for 48 points for the season.
Hopefully we can do better than that of course but we have the January and Wilf transfer window to deal with first!
I am hoping he comes out early and says he is staying and then I see an even happier scenario after these 8 games!

How do you work that out? Since when do clubs mirror their points?
