Totally agree and if they also have Fernandinho and Otamendi at centre half I think we won't have a better chance of beating them. It is not an exaggeration to say Wolves could have scored 4 playing ball straight down the middle. On the other hand if Stones and De Bruyne are fit Fernandinho goes in front of centre halves scoring becomes harder for us and easier for them. Pretty sure when we won 3-2 at the Ethiad last year Fernandinho was injured.

If you had seen the Wolves vs Man City highlights you will noticed that both Wolves' goals were from forward ball thru the centre. Against Man City should we play more forward passes in order to penetrate the City defence ?

We will see less of the ball in this game so when we do get it we need a quick build up with pace to really hurt them rather than the patient sideways backwards stuff we usually play.

Not expecting anything from this game think we have a much better chance of getting wins against Leicester Arsenal and Chelsea

Really not sure on this one... They don’t tend to like coming to us to much but obviously we are better away!!!

I want to say 1-1 but I fear a 2-1 loss if I’m honest...

Going off subject, as Man City love to use "Glad all over" for their beloved manager, maybe we can borrow one of Chelsea's songs after their trip to the Nou Camp, "You'll always be Spain, You'll always be Spain, Guardiola you'll always be Spain!"

Ideally, we would rope-a-dope them in a game like this. Robust defence, attack with pace and power when we can, and see where it takes us.

With us having had such a good start to the season, though, and City wobbling and a bit frail at the back, there will be a lot of pressure to attack them and go toe-to-toe.

My head says they'll beat us in a similar way to what they did last year.

Well the Canaries gave them a shock after an international break but really can't see lightning striking twice for them. If they have any sense David Silva should play the whole game and they will probably win by a few goals. Think it will be 0-2. COYP !!

I can't imagine them not scoring ... it's whether we can hit back. Either we'll be tonked by half time or it'll be a score draw.

Best time to meet them with all their injuries...defence certainly has holes.

I say 1-1!

Head says City - heart says Palace!
Having lost to Wolves they will be sore and after losing to Norwich they put 8 past Watford!
If they don't score in the first 30 mins then it is very much game on.
If they score early then I fear we will get beaten - hopefully by just a small margin.
I can see Palace 0- 3 City but hope that is not the case.

Think we'll contain them first half, then hopefully nick a goal from somewhere, 1-0 to Palace

If we concede early, 4-1 to City
