Lot of optimism on here for once. Sorry to dampen it but it will be something to nil for wet spam. They're playing well and our form is pretty poor, cannot see us causing them a problem.

Level on points with Chelsea and Tottenham after 7 games , you think our form is poor?

I think there is an element of surprise among everyone that despite not appearing that great at times we are somehow only 1 point off CL places. If we had Vardy it could well be us in third right now. The difference compared to recent seasons seems to be that we have not been unlucky so far, getting points when we deserve them and with no big decisions against us. The media have been raving about West Ham, Leicester and even Bournemouth while we have quietly been picking up points. I don't think we'll win any new fans this season with the way we're playing, but it seems the team and Roy are clear about what they need to do and are singing from the same hymn sheet. Having said that, I want to continue with my pattern of getting every result wrong and say 2-0 to the smut peddlers.

No one expected us to where we are at the moment and it makes a pleasant change. Yeah we're not scoring plenty but with the solid unit we have getting the 1 or 2 goals is all you need. This will be a tough game and our defence will have to be on good form as they have a strong attack. However that is where we are currently strongest. Due a win at the London Stadium so will go 0-1. COYP !!
