Luka has been dire this season so far, I'd drop him and play Kouyate McArthur and Camarasa. Also be tempted to play McArthy instead of Townsend, who hasn't been pulling up trees either.

But he's there to take the penalties (if we get one - we'd have to be attacking to do that!).

I'm struggling to see how we scored the winner at Old Trafford if we weren't attacking.

Bang to rights there, we were attacking

As far as Camarasa starting is concerned, none of us see him in training so can't judge but reasonable to assume we got him as a potential starter not a squad player

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

We have to have some quality in the middle, right? Can't expect break down negative sides with workhorses, you need someone with a bit of quality on the ball

come on Roy, give him a start and see what happens

I think he needs to be taken off free kicks and corners. His delivery is diabolical hence why we never score from set pieces. I think all our hopes lie with Camarassa coming good and getting a starting place as he is one of our only players who are comfortable with the ball at their feet.

I can not understand for the life of me how we have got so many football players who struggle to actually play football. Ball retention and simple passes has got to be a starting point to win any game.

Couldn't agree more. I think we must be one of the worst sides in the division when it comes to passing. The number of times we give the ball away, even when players are not under any great pressure, is just not acceptable at this level.

Meyer, Riedewald and Sorloth have been toilet. Not a question of trust.

Last time I saw Riederwald play v Man City at home I thought he was ok - but he has barely been seen since. As for Meyer - let’s not forget he played for a team that finished 2nd in Germany. And he’s largely been played out of position out on the left. Occasionally we’ve seen his potential but he doesn’t fit Roy’s system. Sorloth couldn’t score in a brothel for us.

If Meyer was good enough he would be starting week in and out. There is a reason players get left on the bench.

That was Riedewald's high point for us and he's been anonymous most other opportunities he's been given. Much like Meyer for whom the excuse about position has been made too much. Riedewald played centre back when we got beaten 6-2 by Barnet.

Both struggle to move the ball forward with any degree of intensity or urgency and it's damning that a 30+ year old James McArthur appears to have more in his locker.

According to statistics, we are 4th worst team in terms of possession: [Link] (see the possession column)

Worse are Newcastle (by far, had 25% possession at home against Brighton in first half ))) ), Burnley and Bournemouth (but they have a much better attack with Callum Wilson, Ryan Fraser, Harry Wilson, Brooks etc.). Sheffield United and Aston Villa are just above Palace in possession.

Pretty much the sides who will fight to avoid relegation.

Need to wait until there's more data before you read too much into this stuff.

Not even in the squad today. Is he injured?
