Beachy Head. Done it before and had severe issues with cramp. Ran the first half in 1:45 and the second half in 2:55! Practising with S-Caps now though and don't think I will make the same mistakes again. Crossing the Seven Sisters in the second half of a marathon with both legs almost rigid from cramp is not a lot of fun. Scenery was nice though! At a bit of a crossroads right now though. I ran 1500m at an open track event on Monday and although I finished 13th out of 17 (against seasoned AC members I should probably caveat) my time wasn't too embarrassing and I quite enjoyed myself. Bit of a contrast between a marathon and the 1500m! Edited by Part Time James (01 Sep 2016 12.12pm) Mind the edge, with your lack of swimming and all.

Anyway, I might start a club for people without tinnitus as I think I might be in a minority group (at last).
