I`d imagine if you are so upset by the country you live in that you would kill people one should leave it regardless of what your political ideals or religious view is. I do not believe in picking on anybody to the extreme of bullying or becoming violent toward, for the same reasons. {Millwall fans are an exception]. The Nazis did that to the Jews and look to where that lead.

I'm inclined to agree with this especially, if there aren't that many of you that you could actually hope to affect a change of that country.

When's he off then? He doesn't have to go anywhere as he hasn't done anything wrong. If he had done something wrong he would would have been charged. The authorities have had 15 years to build a case but they have nothing on him. He is innocent until proven guilty not guilty till proven innocent. That's how they system is meant to work. The people who made the decision to bang up an innocent man for 15 years should be the ones who have to go somewhere. That place should be prison for the false imprisonment and torture of an innocent man.
.......As you do
Well if it is an offense charge him. Go ahead and prove the crime and he can try and defend himself. That's how it is meant work.

Call me a cynic but as far as I am concerned, the only reason he is not suing for compensation, is that in a UK court of law he may get asked tougher questions than he has so far had to answer. He will make enough money from a book and TV appearances. and as usual in these situations a total hypocrite, using the civil liberties and freedoms that the Western World stands for and wants his Western Justice, despite the fact he despises this and everything else the west stands for and the whole point he was in Afghanistan
Like 15 years inside without a trial?

Reading the Daily doesn't make you a Sheep, Hoofy. Sheep don't read the Daily Mail. I know, it looks real in Wallace and Gromit, but that is just make pretend. Don't take it from me I'm a pinko but honestly check it out. Anyway, reading the Daily Mail doesn't make you a sheep (for the reason set out above) it just means you are likely to be someone with a low quality threshold when it comes to information; or maybe intellectually too lazy to question spoon fed propaganda.

The Daily Mail is no less a joke of a newspaper than the Guardian. Further more anyone who follows (blindley) the lines these papers pedal, would probably climb a glass wall to see what was on the otherside. Edited by dannyh (16 Dec 2015 9.07am)

Edited by dannyh (16 Dec 2015 9.07am) I'm not sure that's an entirely left wing principle. When you can't go for the facts, go for the person tends to be a universal principle of lost causes.

Just a quick thought on this: Banging up potentially dodgy people without trial in a gulag for 15 years because of what they might have been doing or might do in the future is the sort of thing we'd expect from.... Soviet-era Russia I'm so proud that so many fellow Brits agree that it's a good and necessary thing. What's with all the hate for these other bastions of freedom when, in more ways than we'd like to admit, we've got common ground?
