Saw a Doors tribute at the Carling place in Angel a few years ago. Were fantastic.

Saw a Doors tribute at a small festival in Dartford about twenty odd years ago, had Ray Manzarek on the Hammond organ.

There's a venue in Southampton called The Brook that has a lot of tribute acts. Saw Bon Jovi Experience there last year, they were surprisingly good.

Some of them aren't so good, though. Oasis were an absolutely sh*t Beatles tribute band.

Not forgetting the Old Josephian from your year - now an Elvis impersonator for the Tenerife set.

I kid you not, Dermot.

Don't remember him, Mick. Which is probably just as well.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I have seen Steve Storm "Elvis tribute" several times and he is good very good live.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

I have never seen a tribute band but I did get to wondering who are the worst or least significant acts to have had a tribute band formed in their honour?

I mean, is there a tribute band for Boney M out there, or the Wurzels , or perhaps the Bay City Rollers?
