Except you forgot that HOL is fun, respectful, and interesting whereas the other place ?

What is different though is the scale. Here it is a bit easier to know people as individuals, so if you disagree with them your commentary is slightly mitigated by having shared moments of agreement or humour historically. Sometimes. With some posters.

As a Palace fan living abroad, I honestly thought HOL's growing obsession with racism was most probably reflected among the general fanbase with racist chanting at Palace matches now di regueur. However, having been to Palace matches, home and way, during the past couple of months I'm happy to say, in my experience, that is not the case! I've seen Black, Chinese and Asian Palace fans generally mingling and enjoying themselves without any hint of aggro. Long may it continue.

Bliar/Brown knew that asylum seekers would be reluctant to live in scotland. So they flooded England instead. filling the country with new Labour voters, is that where Corbyn's antiSemitism came from ? Blairs legacy. Edited by PalazioVecchio (22 Feb 2019 9.11pm)

Most of them aren't that left wing and a certain group I can think of is certain to break away and have its own representation. All the fault of the neo liberals and Baizuo.....future generations will curse them....just like the Chinese mock them today.

Not us. arsenal is at least as antiSemitic as every other club. not us. i would suggest we need caution to avoid accusations of homophobia, given who our great rivals are. Fair enough. I am ok with gay people, but i hate brighton. please do not confuse the two groups. Edited by PalazioVecchio (22 Feb 2019 9.22pm)

On the subject of closing down debate this morning, someone I know has decided to hopefully not sell his soul for money but to hopefully enter a successful career in writing/journalism. I’ve read 2 of his pieces. Although he isn’t left wing, far from it actually, he’s writing currently writing on a leftie type website. In his first piece on black London knife crime he was a bit careful of his opinion. In his next piece he allowed himself to air his full opinion. We’d both appreciate any opinions on his piece. On his opinion, style and delivery. I’ve given mine. I kept agreeing throughout. Edited by Rudi Hedman (22 Feb 2019 10.15pm)
